Banks aren' going to work with Core on a still speculative project (if it wasn't speculative we wouldn't be sitting around 4c).
If I read this correctly LRC are guaranteed to commit upfront the bulk of the cash subject to the foreign investment approval.
LRC wouldn't be doing this nless they were as certain as is possible in this industry that the project will go ahead.
Massive green flag right there.
i can't comment on the royalty rate of 2.5% as I don't know the numbers well enough.
