Finally I bought into a year subscription for paid Research and the recommendation for MCG is a "BUY" with a 12 month target of 6.40.
Furthermore, the research confirmed my own view of the revenue being "low risk" as it is secured by "long term contracts" (some of these contracts are until 2034); in my opinion this is further strengthened by the fact that a great number of clients are government agencies.
