Hi Ewebute,
The Cisplatin and Capacetabine combo are the go to drugs for stomach/gej cancers. They are the standard of care and patients can be on both drugs for a long time. There would be no need to obtain approval from the companies that manufacturer them. Hopefully HER-Vaxx doesn't need to be used in combo with chemo and so the chemo drugs will become irrelevant.
