The dust is starting to settle but its still very murky out there.
1 AQA have just lost their high court stoush with AMCI (VALE)
2 AQA & AMCI are in partnership to develop West Pilbara iron ore deposits, As API.This includes C/WELLS
3 AQA & AMCI are seperately buying CULLEN,
The question remains why are arnt they buying CUL in their partnership name of API.
Maybe, just maybe one of their j/ v is worth a quid as well.
What do you guys think?.
