    Downside is dna lose their lease on star Vegas which is 3/4 of earnings.

    If that happens dna is back to 5c. This is a gamble but I feel odds are heavily stacked in our favour at current market cap as I think the chance of losing the lease particularly given the ongoing negotiations would be maybe 1/100.
