Ann: GNX Signs A$25M Share Subscription Agreement with J-Power, page-4

To my simple mind this is a game changer. With a big daddy like J-Power GNX is a much more secure investment. I've just looked to getting some more, but find that I'm already well weighted with GNX shares.
I note that J-Power are able to go to 19.99% of Genex - just short of the 20% limit where they can only buy small amounts each six months (or some such) or make a full takeover offer.. Not that I think the latter is on the cards.
