I don't think it's at that level yet for SOL as a 1% move would be around 800k shares and I am sure that it's close to that but may well not be there yet. Personally, I think a buck is a fair exit price. The concept which we all bought into hasn't delivered the returns expected and I suspect the fees have made a large dent in that. It's very possible that both contact and PSRE executives are reading HC and have taken the view to buy in at these prices as they earn a lot of fees in this. I don't think they are directors so in effect they have far more room to move before disclosure - I cannot see who else would make such a bold move. I cannot see an outsider taking such a stand.
