Its hard to fathom out whats going on with this NOI. I mean... we are not proposing to break ground in virgin territory meaning we have all kinds of red-tape hoopla to contend with first, fact is there is already an existing quarry pit which exposes the magnesite resource ( refer previous published photos from years back) and all that's being proposed in its most basic form is to get a few machines into the pit and start shovelling the stuff out. Just beats me whats taking so long when this NOI was supposed to come out ( previous announcements ) quite a while back but the timeline keeps getting extended. Not asking for another timeline ( as these come and go) but would be good to at least know if the NOI is 10% complete, 30% complete, 50%, 75%...…. Right now I would settle for knowing with reasonable certainty if we could expect to see it sublitted this side of Christmas, or 2020, or...…;
