BUB Share Price free falling !!!!, page-48

Hi Rohop, Where do you get the 30% figure from? I can only see 15% of ownership by C2 Capital. Over 20% ownership would automatically trigger a takeover bid. Matter of fact, I would not be surprised if C2 capital would take advantage of the price fall and build their portfolio up closer to takeover size.
I am weary of a couple of things regarding BUB:
From the news a couple of days ago we know that the Chinese government backs Chinese investors pursuing partnerships, stakes and takeovers in dairy firms.
The Chinese government also claims that they will have zero tolerance of daigou OTC trade for unapproved products.

Currently, BUB has no SAMR approved product and approval date is uncertain.

Segment from BUB's announcement:
"Following Bubs’ recent 100% acquisition of CNCA approved infant formula manufacturing facility,Australia Deloraine Dairy, the existing technical application for an organic cow milk formula submittedto SAMR on 2 April 2018, will now be transferred to Bubs Organic® brand. Pending approval by SAMR,the new range of formula may be physically distributed to China’s Mother and Baby stores."

The way I read this that an application was submitted back in April 2018 (still not approved) and this application is being transferred to BUBs organic brand.

C2 Capital may have the cards to play this to obtain BUB for much less than its current share price. If there will be no SAMR approval by August and stricter OTC, BUB will have infant formula that they may not be able to sell. This will prompt further share price fall and an easy acquisition by C2 Capital. Once BUB is in Chinese hands, they will have the backing of the Chinese government with faster approvals and sales channels.

Since I hold shares in BUB, I would be happy for anyone to prove me wrong!
