"during FY17 and 18, Executive Chairman, Paul Pint, Managing Director, Justin Reid and Chief Commercial Officer, Catherine Stretch, received from AGR a combined remuneration of approximately $2,182,000 in cash1 and 4,150,000 in options;"
This is a heck of a lot of our money being paid to a Board of Directors who are running a company that as yet has produced zero income.
Along with their involvement in another mining company, one is left wondering whose interests are they really looking after?
Minimal shareholdings so they aren’t really interested in the other shareholders (us), falling share price despite being in control of mega-$$$’s worth of resources, cushy directors’ fees. Smells a bit iffy to me.
I would be interested in knowing what proposals the Requisitioning Shareholders had put to the Board already. Does anyone know?
I think I have now made up my mind, unless they can defend their actions...
