It takes to time to overhaul and upgrade a Production Plant to increase production for large supply. All that is in progress. SP movements down on small volume is just a small number of impatient people. Ultimately Patience will pay. IMO - Some may see it as a good opportunity to take advantage of lower price entry and load up.
