I somewhat agree with your sentiments @noid222, I've held and accumulated shares since mid 2016 the lowest price i've paid was 35 cents so at current price still in the black overall. Im beginning to wonder why the wheels seem to be turning so slowly with regards to making decisions.

I'm more interested in the Posco JV than the partnering deal. The JV looked a lot more certain, I dont want to see them casually reset the JV decision timeline again as a one liner without explanation of the change.

I don't agree with the sentiment of some on HC that the more time it takes for decisions indicates a bigger better deal is in the wind for shareholders.

To me the 'partnering process' is all too vague, the timeline, the sale percentage the possibilty of wasting months on it without a result. There's one certainty that'll come out of the partnering process and that will be an invoice from Macquarie. Probably a big one regardless of the outcome.
