For the record I am a long-term shareholder - well before the listing on TSX. I just want a Board who acts in the interests of all shareholders. And yes, I do appreciate the difficulties of operating businesses in developing nations and the high risk involved. I do not have my house gambled on AGR’s success. Also, seeing as I can keep an open mind, I too, have some concerns about changing those in control, but I don’t like being taken for a ride by people who only look out for themselves.
