At the end of the day innocent shareholders have suffered, they based their decisions on incorrect information provided by the people responsible for running the company. They promoted themselves as qualified and experienced operators, how could they get the results so wrong ?
The larger players who have a higher stake might be able to influence the current administrators of the company somewhat in their favour but I am afraid the small investors will lose everything that they invested.
The administrators should undergo a proper investigation and confirm any wrong doings and whether the market was misled. Those so called qualified and experienced operators should be exposed, blacklisted and financially damaged so they can feel the pain of the shareholders they misled.
