So what's changed? The previously announced appointment of Embark should be voted down. What value are they going to add for all the generous rewards of PR etc? A dividend policy? Wow, I'm overwhelmed. That does nothing to add value to the company (it actually reduces it, in fact); it potentially just reduces the gap between SP and underlying value. It also reduces MMJ's ability to develop the future investment policy. Blind freddy could have done that. Even me. Let's see if they can sell everything and return funds as dividends. That would be great but would mean directors and Embark can't suck on the teet of MMJ and that's not going to happen.
