With that post I am wondering why you are investing without an advisor. Blind Freddie can see that the two are totally linked.
It was always going to be difficult to get this project financed - but without a LFA and/or a financial commitment from SKI, why would any other funder commit? SKI is the linchpin.
The need for this cap raise now implies - as Hingdog has pointed out - that the SKI commitment/funding is not coming together or at least for quite a while. Hence the need to raise cash to carry them through to whatever their revised date is - end of 3rd Qtr or beyond.
