The Saudis have taken our advice and started to pump more oil. They are also seeking out more refinery capacity.

Here's a tip for the Govt. Take a look in SA and tell me if you can see a vacant refinery called Pt Stanvac? Simple yes or no answer will suffice Mr Rudd. Then tell me if you have some ideas for policy that might encourage the reopening of this refinery.........
