The Kos website isn't even worth discussing.
The fact that ESI is not only on the institutional radar but is being bought up quietly is. The group working with ESI to procure funds need to perform or ESI's board need to change them because they are not performing.
The CEO's primary mission is to sign up some deals. No-one else is responsible for this though some back-up would be logical. Deals come in and so will finance with sp following.
Delays in either of the above simply make the company vulnerable to players who could take this and dilute us all.
The CEO and the board should be keeping a close watch on share sales to understand the game being played right now an protect shareholders.
I hope the capital raisers are truly friendly.
Once again, if things are not clear I'm not putting more money into this.
