it does not work commercially, page-40

    Mango,

Point 1. Your Comment. "Patent 'improvements' keeps the technology proprietary to some degree. Whether it has been worth keeping proprietary adds to the mystique but there has been little by way of commercial return over that time period. Just more capital raisings."
When one is studying a new process one makes improvements to make it more efficient. The gold process was only started upon during 2003 and since it involved a cyanide free process there was plenty of new work to be done with patents applied for each step of the way. Research costs dollars and such dollars have to be protected.
The Copper demo plant proved the Intec process in 1998-99 but one has to have a miner willing to invest hundreds of millions of dollars to "trial" an unconventional method. I can certainly understand why no-one has put their hand up. Look at BHP and their attempt to value add to their iron fines in WA, or the laterite nickel process tried by Murrin Murrin.

Point 2. "Presentation at the Kelvin Club prelisting." My question; What exactly was the Kelvin Club prelisting? I have never heard of it. If it happened that is one presentation; you used the plural.

Point 3. "I refer you to the Annual Reports since listing for the multitude of projects that have not gone anyewhere."(Sic) I read my Annual Reports very thoroughly. What projects are you referring to?

Point 4. "Gold has not been recovered to date. You assert that it maybe at some future date. There is no demonstrable proof that this will be the case." Go to the Intec web site and look under projects and click on the Gold Project.

"I also note your comment that Ivanhoe has been waiting in the wings 'until commercial aspects have been resolved'. They have only been waiting for 7 years so far!" As far as I know Ivanhoe became interested in Intec about 5 years ago and funded a significant part of the research. The commercial aspects relate to the Chinese government and Ivanhoe's project partner.

"BSM going to Zinnifex (sic!)is a relief to most BSM shareholders I would suggest." Well congratulations you got me on Zinifex. Let us wait and see where future ore goes to be processed.

"Up scaling in the real world is the ultimate test and one in which finance should prove elusive IMO!" Talking to engineers up-scaling is the least of the problems when building a new plant so long as the basics are correct. That is what Intec has been doing. Getting the basics correct. I believe that with the banking experience of Board members that finance will be forthcoming when the economics of the HMRP are known.

"Now you guys should encourage me to bag INL some more. It has done wonders for the SP!LOL" Well the rubbish you posted had to be refuted as people might have believed it.

    Cheers, Mango.
