hmmm, I have so many questions, many of which are being asked in this thread... I just feel like we aren't being told the entire story... strange not to complete the FS prior to making such a commitment... feels like there are other agendas at play... Im always skeptical here... tunnel vision?
IS this an attempt to gain market interest with hope the SP would have a jump prior to yet another massive CR.. the market and holders aren't impressed as yet, many onlookers, there seems to be a form of confusion being portrayed.....
Germans think its worth throwing money at however.. what do they know that we don't?, man the way they are going they will own Azure...
just going to have to wait this one out and see whats coming our way...
I honestly think the CR and ongoing cash burn is why the market is not excited... yeah I know the CR will be at a "minimal". but what does that even mean?, whats a maximum for that matter?, still going to hurt current holders regardless.... The convertible note is yuk IMO, and though its to be voted on, we all know it will be approved...
get the CR out of the way, lets see what happens then... regardless of what is being portrayed here I am keen to see if the market will react once the bank balance has enough boost to get us through to some sort of cash flow...
more detail regarding the offtake terms from "several" companies would have been good, its a little underwhelming to not put some real emphasis behind this...
I would like to see our board throw some of their own serious money at this for a change, some decent 6 figure purchases, live on market... bout time they put their own money up for a change, not some measly $20-50K purchase either.. after all it will be like putting shareholders money back into the kitty instead of keep taking it.
I feel like when Tony buys a large chunk of shares in well excess of 6 figures, this will be the time to consider loading up ourselves to average down... until then market confidence seems lacking as a clear direction to what will be our primary producer seems unclear...
this announcement to me is both positive and negative... Im just a poster on HC, a shareholder of AZS... at the end of the day its not like my opinion or any one else matters... we just have to hope they know what they are doing... how discounted will the CR be is what concerns me.... every CR that has ever taken placed here is followed by further decline in the SP, will it be different this time?
MC is some what cheap IMO, but without a stronger bank balance and a clearer direction investors will stay on the side lines.... this stock needs some serious interest to gain momentum, needs serious traders churn to help consolidate the SP to higher levels and start to turn this forever ugly chart around... praying for that day... all we get are some small time punters...
