Does any one know the meaning of "offer and acceptance" ??

There is a deal in place and LNC cannot escape . If they try
based on the fact they have problems raising finance for the deal.

Offer has been accepted .

The rules are simple " they can be sued " big time.

There only escape would be the board accepting there termination.

Now would the board do that ?? I doubt it very much

I wouldnt be concerned.

No escape without huge penalties.
