    the issue is not what market is thinking, but what Rohan is doing!!! Rohan so far has failed on many counts. To be honest, I find it surprising that Rohan could actually become a CEO of more than one companies.

    He says that he only became aware of the problems at mine in last week of May during a regular Mine Planning Meeting. What does that tell shareholders about his leadership?
