Cat, the beauty of music is that everyone in a group can have a go and a movement happens and it becomes a moment in time and it's fun and remembered no matter if it's pitch perfect. We used to assemble in a farmhouse all of us with guitars and some girls and we'd play Neil Young and Ozarks and tunes of the times and some of the boys could really play and some just strummed along and some of the girls could hold a third, some a meldoy line, but it didn't matter cause at the end of the song there would be a quiet moment thinking that was great till everyone burst out laughing in some sort of spontaneous recognition of our amateur hour. I love music. I love where it takes you and love where it goes. The shortboards are digging through the vinyls for our next tune. They are a bit slow, been saving lives all day... those bloody tourists.
