AR's in India are definitely dissapointing however the situation has been around for a while.
Why do you say that about ARR not being in the next wave of tech? If not ARR then whom? As far as I can tell there arent any others in the same position?

Doesnt make sense to me unless you thought it was going to go alot lower and your were crystalizin losses to get back in at a significantly lower price. (my opinion is that may not happen)
