From the latest announcement or in fact from any released announcements that WFE have released to the ASX trading platform there is nothing to suggest that there is a so called "Chinese Off-Take" partner. There is a few mentions of "potential" Chinese off-take partners but there is also mentions of "European" and "African" potential partners as well.
"Airguide had advised that they are in discussions with potential off-take partners, including groups from China, Europe and Africa."

https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20181203/pdf/440wwn0nh4lngp.pdfStandard blurb from Airguide, can anyone point me to where Airguide have actually negotiated a "BINDING" off-take agreement (Not a MOU, not a non-binding agreement) with any company for any company listed on the ASX?
Critics of ozblue cite his repetitive postings as boring, etc but there is a glaring difference he is consistent, and are they critical because he isn't "pro Brewer/WFE"? because it is boring with your continuous "heart palpitations" posts but no one likes to be critical of them?
Speaking of consistency, from bye bye ASX @12:47 6/6

https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-appointment-of-metals-trading-and-marketing-specialist.4799404/page-22?post_id=38939980All the fluff and bubbles from this last announcement has actually told WFE holders nought, nada, zilch from the corresponding announcement 12 months ago, other than a few altered words and that WFE went in un-prepared for another attempt at re-listing.
Is there more to it, no information on the Category B licence or still no sign of the late quarterly which is part of continuous disclosure obligations and part of the ASX's listing rules.
As for funding, will the proposed listing on the LSE and the IPO that seems to be the common theme as to where WFE are heading provide the funding required, how large (how many shares) will be sort after? WFE listing on the ASX in July is a pipe dream, no prospectus out yet, no EGM been called for (this from memory takes a minimum of 4 weeks from announcement) we are mid June now. Listing won't happen until post meeting and share holders accept all the conditions of being re-listed, which does also include the yet to be approve "Incorporated J/V"
MY guess maybe, just maybe around September.
@Mutley8 You might want to have a look at Guidance Note 14 Part 11 re: "
This recent announcement introduces for the first time “associated” debt funding. Very specifically stating “debt funding” That’s quite precise and not something the ASX would allow to be released without evidence. Any party talking debt funding with WFE right now are no fools."
Most company announcements are auto generated into PDF format and released by the MAO.
So to all the critics of non-holders, maybe have a good hard look at some of the ummmm bunk that is being espoused by over active holders.
