trendtrading : QMG have to buy the raw material Magnesium and then they alloy it with alluminium to increase its strength before selling it to car makers
The raw material as you mentioned has increased in price however the alloy they are selling is sold at a contract price set earlier.
THis has caused any profit margin to disapear between the raw materail and the onsold alloy.
I am still holding some shares but there are no buyers.
