As the politicians can not cause heavy rain in the catchments there is not a lot any of them can do about the drought. Turnbulls plan...now just exactly what was it um going to do in a practical sense ? Just political posturing IMO, and since when did Turnbull care about the environment ? The only environmental issue he cares about is carbon trading to rip us all off for the benefit of his rich mates that Labor is also in bed with.
Yes we do need to plan better for droughts but don't expect too much from any of our politicians/parties as they are dumbed down like most of the population these days and are unable to think outside the square or past the next election.
