    Because Morgan Stanley are the typical wall street parasites. Their only goal is short term profit. Buy low. Pump: create and release a positive story driving the SP up.
    Dump: create and publish a negative story driving the SP down.

    Rince and repeat. Pure SP manipulation. Totally illegal. ASIC doesn't give a sh1t.

    As an individual, if you know the rule, you can make money. But the SP is not going anywhere like that. Up. Down. Up. Down. Etc.
