Hi To ME you come across as A Bank Teller who has gone thru the ranks and has become Bank Manager Head of Finance or Alike a Public bloody servant. Unless you can STITCH the Borrower up and grab hold of all His Hers Assetts and hold them by Their Balls Etc then you will not lend. That is the reasons why companies list on the ASX to obtain funds and sometimes Venture Capital.
