    if I misrepresented your position I apologise.

    However there has to be some recognition that, industry wide, there is no link between the BOA's and funding.

    In which case, the potential exists for likely discussions to be just that, discussions.

    Being reliant on BOA's to secure funding seems not to be the benchmark for funding to be found.
