The problem with this company is the directors. Must be breaking ASX governance rules with 3 executives comprising the full board - CEO, CFO & Tech Dr/Geologist.
What is urgently needed to help shareholders fix this farce is for an appropriate and entrepreneurial independent chairman and at least one-two appropriate independent NEDs that can challenge management. Accordingly the CFO and the Tech Dr need to come off to break up the cheer squad.
The ASX should be getting involved here. Who at ASX is looking at governance issues and who is ticking them off? Really can't understand how PNN gets away with this.
