OEX has me stumped. The charts say "sell" but the fundamentals all say "Are you serious?? buy! buy! buy!"

There's little to no buying interest and everyone wants to sell.

Multiple reputable analysts have it valued at a minimum of $3.00 on no new results and oil at around $70 a barrel, yet it trades at less than 30% of that.

Maybe OEX need to hire a media or marketing manager to shed the good news. Their possitive reports read like obituaries.
