I understand where you are coming from.
IMO market sentiment is low for Li due to a perceived price uncertainty in the short term. In a recent presentation AVZ even stated that the SP is highly correlated with Li prices.
Infant formula is in a similar situation. Not due to pricing but the market is nervous at the moment due to macroeconomic uncertainty, trade wars etc., and the legislative backdrop is changing in China.
The main difference between JAT and emerging Li producers and IF producers is that no growth is factored in its SP. There is no upside speculation. I believe it is undervalued atm.
