1. Panic Selling - happened last night
2. High Volume - Record high last night
3. High Volatility - Dow was UP 300 pts a few days ago
4. Universal Bearishness - Look at yourself and all other posts atm
5. The media calling it "the end of the world for bulls" - media has been saying this for a long time ago
6. Public participation hits a new low - People are panicking out now
7. Valuations become meaningless - this occurs when people panic out and "sell at any price" -was occuring last night.
Also, remember the US economy IS recovering - the market is going in the opposite direction to what it should be with an improving economy
