This is happening in supposedly one of the wealthiest per capita countries in the world.
Unfortunately we are becoming more like the USA whereby the wealth is concentrated at the top
end, you know the ones who the govt claims is divisive to refer to them as the top end even though they are.
I wonder how much Australian money is funnelled to the Cayman Islands with its secrecy provisions and so tax is avoided.
