Maxter I agree the EIS isn't about CAPEX, my point is that without a final design from SMS on the refinery there can't be an EIS submitted as there is no definitive flowsheet and therefore no forward modelling of emissions and enviro impact without it.
Time will tell but I will be the first to put my hand up and say I got it wrong if the EIS is lodged by the end of June. My view is (based on what my wife was told) that we will be lucky to have it submitted by the end of September.
