BWN has increasd it's drilling rigs to 5 to prove the coal reserve in a fast path.
We are expecting drilling results in coming months and a lots of them.
My guess is that Bushan will make an offer as soon as positive results announced and they have to do it quickly with an attractive premium.
It's the race against time as more drilling results announces that offer will be under valued.
It makes even more interesting that a third party joins bid.
That is my wild guess.
