I think overall its a good deal and with JE on board the deal would of been whats best for the company at this time. 2 large instos on the register to hold for long term and not just offload on market to make a quick buck.

Sure it would of been great to see no discount or even a premium price atleast it tops up the account to continue towards production and 2 large instos on the register to hold long term and no doubt will be part of the equity package. (hopefully at a premium)

Would like to see that Iron offtake and update on finance front from KFW.
