I've been reading several reviews on COH in the last week that suggested it is probably fully valued at around $200. Obviously analysts differ in their opinions, but what struck me was that none of them mentioned the patent dispute that is currently under appeal that could potentially cost a years net profit if lost and the full amount is to be paid.
I haven't read anything about this dispute being resolved in the last few months. Why does it not rate even a mention by analysts? I did sell my holding a few weeks ago at $200, which was break even for me, and the main motivator was the patent dispute. I obviously regret it now that the price has gone above my sell price, but I am reluctant to get back in until there is more clarity on the dispute outcome.
