So by your logic, we should all have a crystal ball about insider trading? What if your kid crosses the road on a green pedestrian light, and some reckless idiot hits them after running a red light?
Your comment contradicts itself, because you claim we should take blame for things being outside our control. By your logic, why do we even need an SEC or ASIC? Why not all just list companies and do insider trading.
