Co’s on a demo or free trial would neither be committed or contracted ARR. You should know that.
Do do you know many companies outside Get Swift that include free trialists in their committed/contracted customer base? Would you think it’s something that businesses should be doing?
if the answer is no to both, why are you suggesting LVT’s correct client treatment is some kind of deficiency or miss reporting?
