Investors have to weight up the risks versus reward and make an educated decision. Cochlear is at the front edge of technology and has been a target of legal challenges for many years. It is resilient, still going strong due to demand and technical improvements. The legal challenges are a long term issue and we don't know what is around the corner. I took the risk and didn't sell and got it right this time. However. I'm sure you're not alone. I watched the HBO Theranos documentary this weekend for a timely dose of realism.
