The 3Y dated 6/6/19 tells us MW has around 114 million shares and this ann tells us that Tim A. Johnston has around 422 million shares with nearly 17% voting power. Looks to me like something's brewing. I have no idea what but I've got a good feeling about it. Perhaps I'm delusional. DYOR
