I wasn't saying the Hawthorn thing was something great, but more in response to your comment regarding lack of marketing. As someone mentioned previously, most of their marketing would be on client coporate functions such as GP and Spring Racing Carnival etc.

I agree that BD turnover isn't ideal, however in the time I was there the company grew from around 100 to almost 400 or 500, and BD managers came and went every couple of years. Hardly something which should put the company in jeopardy.

And whatever your feelings regarding Danny Wallis, it's pretty obvious from his history that he knows how to run a company.
