This is turning into a premium stock and will serve well as dividend stock during periods of volatility. However coming out of the last webinar growth moving forward will be capped. There is no further plans to expand the companies holdings in the near future, meaning growth is limited to revaluations of current assets, asset improvement and rental increases. As such this ceiling might hold for sometime IMO.
