I only have the time and inclination to skim this endless speculation about arbitration however there does seems to be endlessly cultivated by a certain puppy suggesting CN had her eye off the ball and let the 30 days go by without lifting a finger, she screwed up, took months to realise what was going on and took a year to wake up and lodge the arbitration papers in Paris wasting another million dollars to cover her tardiness.
My summary above may be way off because I find it so hard to concentrate on said posts but I think I should be given some credit for not putting him on ignore. You can see that I have at least taken note that he believes that the greatest sin is to ignore his endless repetition.
Anyhow to my point. I think you will find that CN was in Houston visiting FAR's lawyer in the week leading up to the 30 days expiring and was seen delivering a piece of paper(American quarto rather than A4) to the front door of COP. before the deadline
I may have dreamed this up, putting my self in good company, but I think not.
