    The licence has been "Imminent" for the past 1 and a half years yet our share price has gone up and down by 50% over that period. So no nobody knew when the licence was going to come and nobody could possibly guess it would have came today. You can price in expected earnings because that is calculated by pricing in a licence that has a chance of coming any time and may also not come is bs.
