The agreement is with Viacom Africa, and it's not completely clear from the announcement whether the agreement is global, or confined within Africa; the inference is there for the global story as they mention Viacom's reach to 180 countries. Anyway, if they haven't started working on it yet, they've got their work cut out to get it ready and flawless, which it must be, by July 6th. NickFest! Jo'burg.
But that's OK, it's a challenge they can meet or they wouldn't have taken it on.
