It would appear from previous announcements that we are close to getting the approval we have been patiently waiting for. So the question is do you wait for the official announcement and pay a higher price or do you roll the dice and buy now . The answer rests with your investment profile. If you are a conservative investor you would wait and make sure the deal is 100% secured. If you are more speculative you would buy now before the stock is trading at 3c on the back of good news.
I am more the spec type investor and I have been buying more in recent times . I don't believe Trevor would be spending his time in Tanzania and wasting his efforts if he did not see a successful outcome.
But only you know your investment strategies and your personal risk profile. No one can answer that question for you.
