WAITE KAURI NICKEL/COBALT PROJECT
JOINT VENTURE NEGOTIATIONS
The Company is currently negotiating a Joint Venture with another mining company for the
further exploration and development of our Waite Kauri nickel/cobalt project located 43kms
north-east of Leonora in the N-E Goldfields of Western Australia.
Further details will be announced as soon as negotiations are concluded, anticipated within a
few days.
